1 c Fresh orange juice

1/2 c Nonfat dry milk powder

2 tb Sugar (or to taste)

Few drops vanilla 1/2 c Crushed or shaved ice

1 Raw egg (optional)

Put all ingredients in blender and blend a few minutes until frothy. Makes 12 ounces.
